Terms of Service
Draft notice: These terms are a working draft for the pre-launch beta. They will be reviewed and re-published by the operating entity before any paid plan goes live.
1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of the Traqly platform (the Service) operated by Traqly (in formation). By signing up you accept these Terms.
2. Pre-launch beta
The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, data may be reset during scheduled upgrade windows, and uptime is not guaranteed. No SLA applies during beta.
3. Account & access
You are responsible for the credentials of your account and for the actions of every user invited into your workspace. API keys (trq_live_*) must be kept secret; we are not liable for damages arising from leaked keys.
4. Acceptable use
You may not (a) circumvent rate limits or fair-use quotas, (b) inject fake events to poison attribution data, (c) use the Service to track visitors without a lawful basis, (d) re-sell the Service without written consent.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. EU customers are charged VAT according to their country of establishment. Pricing tiers and the current scale of your monthly tracked revenue are defined on our Pricing page. We may change pricing with 30 days notice; existing subscriptions are honoured until renewal.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time from the Customer Portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your workspace data is deleted within 30 days (subject to statutory billing-retention requirements).
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided as is. Attribution numbers are estimates derived from statistical models and may differ from ad-platform reporting. We do not guarantee revenue uplift or specific conversion rates.
8. Liability
Liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except for damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (in particular product liability, injury to life, body or health).
9. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Exclusive venue for merchants is the registered seat of the operating entity, once incorporated.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email with at least 30 days notice.
